Each year, the Red Stick International Animation Festival accepts entries for its “Best of the Fest” competition. The festival accepts work from students, amateurs and professionals. There is no entry fee, and participants can submit work in more than one festival category.

In 2010, the festival will take place in the fall rather than the spring. The festival will accept submissions for the Best of the Fest competition through June 1, 2010 for student entries, and through July 15, 2010, for other entries. As in previous years, the festival will screen the top work in each category and will announce winners on-site during the festival, Nov. 10-13, 2010.

The online submission form to register work for the 2010 Best of the Fest competition will become active on this site Jan. 15, 2010.
